A filler appointment typically takes 30–60 minutes from consultation to completion. Your injector will walk you through the treatment plan, apply a topical numbing cream if desired, and administer the filler using fine needles or a cannula. Most guests feel minimal discomfort and leave with visible results the same day.

Some dermal fillers contain pain-reducing lidocaine to help manage pain or discomfort during the injection. You may also ask your aesthetic healthcare provider about a topical numbing cream or ice to help further minimize discomfort.
